What we do

bullet

We generally represent:

bullet

investors who want to buy income property or undeveloped land in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and

bullet

business owners in need of office, retail or industrial space in this area.

bullet

Comprehensive information about the Dallas/Fort Worth area is available at the Greater Dallas Chamber website (www.dallaschamber.org).

bullet

We help our clients to:

bullet

assess their current and future space requirements,

bullet

identify and evaluate alternatives to meet those needs,

bullet

negotiate purchase or lease agreements to minimize costs, and

bullet

increase bottom line profitability.

bullet

While our primary focus is North Texas, through our relationships with other brokers we can also assist with investment and commercial real estate requirements along the I-35 corridor, from Laredo to Denton, as well as the Rio Grande Valley.

bullet

We understand that income taxes are an important factor in the economics of real estate investments. We are very familiar with the substantial benefits of tax deferred exchanges (also known as "like-kind" or "1031" exchanges) and can work with investors and their  accountants and attorneys to complete those transactions. For additional information about 1031 exchanges, including an estimate of potential tax savings, we recommend www.expert1031.com
